The last time I did a Newspaper reflection
Was in P6 and I hated doing it.
How ironic that I'm doing one now.

It talks about a teacher, 'running' Fan
Dashing out of his classroom when the
Earthquake in Sichuan took place.
He did not protect his students.

After all, its all about oneself
And our Love ones- spouse and kids
In this Capitalistic society.

Why should he protect his students?
They may not grateful towards his actions
And may even be a thorn in his flesh in the future.
Why should he expect his students to be grateful towards him
If he isn't even thankful for his parents who brought him up
In a harsh pre-Deng era. Running Fan wouldn't even save his
Parents if they were with him during the earthquake.
The temptation of wealth and glamour in Capitalism can easily
Cloud one's perception and allow him to do even the most
Hideous crimes to reach his selfish goals.
Well, who can stop you from sending a mob to beat up your son's
Bully if you control a huge share of your country's GDP?
Like all things of this world, it changes.
The person who just thanked you may back stab you years down
The road. Why risk that by lending him a helping hand now?

The moving away from a People's economy to a me-for-myself economy
Has resulted in the selfiness of the people.
I belong to myself, not the state.
Will the state protect me if I lose a limb saving someone else?
The answer is probably No since he doesn't belng to the
People and hence the people has no responsibility to take care of him
Or his family members when he is unfit to work.
I'm afraid to say that he may even be lablled a busy-body.

I salute his honesty posting his thoughts on the world wide web.
And the government has judged him as having done a shameless act.
He was fired.

The earthquake did not only produce shamelss honest people but
I'm proud to say that they have produced brave heroes.
The teen who stood hours under rain and scorching sunlight
Holding a drip for his classmate. He has obviously made himself
A people's citizen from his statement to the media demanding
Answers from the people's governemtn.
The People's liberation army has also responded well to the disaster
Judging from what I see on CCTV's camera footages.

Its sad but I do think that these selfless people are the result of
Socialism which is being endangered in a country experiencing
Exponantial growth.

My most humble reflection.
Pardon me for the so many assumptions I made.
I can even find some loopholes in what I wrote.
But yeah, I have to admit that I am a pro-socialist.
Its biased. Haha.

I'm sure many people are most willing to die for your
Loved ones.
But are you willing to die for your friends, your co-workers
Your students, total stranges, your neighbours?

After all, we are told to Love our neighbours like how we Love ourselves.
Are we able to die for others like how Jesus died for us?

Praise God for the People's Government.

Eternal sin

I just read this article from

The conclusion of the article goes like this:
We should always seek God for forgiveness
When we sin, if not we won't be forgiven
Those who doesn't believed in God will
Not have their sin forgiven and hence,
Have commited Eternal sin.

I was actually reflecting on some other
Incident when this article came to my mind
And I do really believe that
God will only helps those who help themselves.
When we run into trouble, we usually seek help
Some people run to their family members, some to friends
And others to God.
God is usually the model answer for who we should go to
In times of trouble and I do hope that the family members
And friends do give credible advices that will help one
Get out of trouble.

However, there are some people who refuses to seek help
When they are in trouble.
THey know that God will help them, help them get out of
That deep mess that they are in.
They just need to open their hearts, pray to God,
Seek God for help.
They may need to seek for forgiveness too.
These people would rather dwell in their own
Sorrow, in their own unfortunate circumstances
Yet, blaming no one but themselves for their plight.
Maybe they are too stubborn to want to seek help
Maybe they are too arrogant to want to seek help.

I don't know.
I'm just confused
What do I want?
Jesus, help me!
Its Ok, if I am still stucked in this mess.
It can go on forever, I don't mind.
But Lord, please tell me what my next step should be.
O Lord,
I miss you so much.

Seek and you shall be given
Seek forgivenss and you shall be foriven
Seek for help and God will help you.
God, do I want your help?

Spiritual pause

I knew someone will ask me
This question one day.
But I never knew that it will
Be so soon.

It was the alter call.
The Pastor, Glenn Lim had invited
People who are willing to submit their
Lives fully to God to step out and allow
The Church to pray for him.

I just made my way to the back of the hall
And kneeled down in silent prayer.
Why did this question come so soon?
Why can't God ask me only when I am
Ready to answer him Yes, My life is yours?

I want to Trust God.
Yes, I do have Faith in God, but I have
Not yet trust God enough to put my life
In his hands.

Is Knowing that God is Big and God Is Great
Suffcient to convince us to commit our lives
Into his hands?
Maybe, seeing his physical manifestation may
Allow me to believe in him.
But then, we have seen so many phenonemums in
Our lifes, yet we do not fully believe in all
These things which has happened.
What makes me think that I will believe God
Even if I see him, face to face?

The Bible says that God has a good plan for us.
Yes, we all know that.
And I claim that fact from God and I know that
My life will be good in God's hand,
Hence, I should commit my everything to him.
But I still dare not put it into his hands.
Well, I guess, there is a conflict between
God interest and my interest.
What I want and what God wants of me.
Yes, its the best for me, but
What if I'm the small pawn in his plans
To Glorify God, will I be contented?
Will I be willing to even accept God.
Maybe its not so good to know God's mysterious
Plans for me after all.

I remember making a Birthday resoultion this year,
Incase you don't know, it was in July.
I told myself that I am going to find trust in
God this year.
Indeed, 'It's so sweet to trust in Jesus'
Became my theme song for the 18th year in my life.
I just need more time to learn to trust our
Sweet Jesus.
But why? Why? WHy?
Did the speaker have to ask the question when
God obviously, unfortunately knows I won't
Answer Yes?
Why can't God give me more time to say Yes?
Maybe God wants to remind me of my
Birthday resolution
Maybe God wants to speed up my progress?
God knows. How mysterious.

The sermon made me feel rather annoyed with
Myself, pissed is another word I can find.
I wonder why God created such a whimp like me.
A sense of Fear literally travelled down my spine.
My hands, than my legs.
The blood vessels felt like bursting.
It was pain, but there was no strength in it.
I continued to copy the sermon notes.

I wonder weather I will still have the faith
To stand by God when persucution comes.
I wonder weather God will take me with him
When the rupture comes.

I Pray that our Lord God will not give up on me
As I continue to find trust in him.

Our God is Faithful, always faithful.
Let me be Faithful in him too.

Lord God, give me more time.
I promise that at the end of the day,
I'll find trust in you.
Don't give up on me Lord!

Morning Devotions
4th October 2007

Good Morning ACJC, I am Tan Jiajun from 2SD2 and I will be giving today’s morning devotion. I would like to touch on the topic of making choices,

More and more choices are available to us in this increasingly globalized world. We now have many opportunities to choose from and we cannot simply follow a prescribed route to achieve the final outcome. Which subject to drop? What H3 to take? Which University to go to? What course should you enroll into? All these will lead to different outcomes

I have already made up my mind to be an engineer when I completed my O Levels. After my First Three months here, I had to choose between going to a Polytechnic to do my Engineering course or stay in ACJC to complete my A Levels. I chose the latter option and reaped the rewards AC offered to me. However, I constantly struggled with my H1 subjects. Sometimes I wonder weather I have made the right decision to come to ACJC as taking the Poly route might have been easier and smoother.

It is not about making personal decisions for every choice we make can affect a third party, either positively or negatively. We should instead strive to make Godly decisions although we as fallen human sometimes fail to do so. We are not left alone to make important choices as the Lord wants to be involved in our decision making too.

Firstly, you should ask God to speak to you and tell you what choice is the best for you. God wants to bless us and he has a good plan for all of us. Jeremiah 29:11 says ‘”For I know the plans I have for you,” declared the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” God has already prepared a goal for us. We should persevere towards it.

Secondly, paths that God has asked us to take may not be a bed of roses, but he will help us overcome the difficulties. In 2 Corinthians 12:9, The Lord said to Paul, “My Grace is sufficient for you, for my Power is made perfect in weakness.” You should not doubt the decision you have made no matter how tough the journey is. God guides those whose hearts are close to him, for Isaiah 30:21 says ‘Weather you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you saying, “This is the way, walk in it.”’

Lastly, we should avoid placing too much focus on short term problems. We should commit them to the Lord. Psalm 23 is a Psalm which speaks close to my heart. It constantly gives me comfort and never fails to remind me that the Lord is in control of all things for the Psalm begins with these 5 words ‘The Lord is my shepherd.’ Our God is indeed in control of all things and he has prepared something good, albeit different for all of us here.

The most beautiful thing the Lord has given me in ACJC is to allow me to get to know him. I would like to tell the college over the decision I made earlier this year. I accepted Christ on the 8th of February this year. Praise God.

Let us pray,
Lord God, Blessed is your name for you Love us so much, you gave us life and you gave us the Freedom of choice. However Lord, at times we choose not to follow your promptings and your commands. Please forgive us Lord.

Lord God, I pray for the J2s for they will be graduating in 6 days time. Lord, look after them always. Give them the wisdom as they make their decisions on what Universities to go to or what courses to take. Let them make decisions that will glorify your name Lord. Bless their A Levels and give them strength to study hard for the remaining one month. Lord, cast away all fears and anxieties within them and fill them with your peace and a quiet confidence. Grant them concentration and allow them to glorify you Lord in the exams. Lord, be with them always as they enter the next phase of their life.

Bless the J1s for their paper Lord and Bless the staff of the college. Bless ACJC.

Hi Everybody,
Thank You for your faith in
My that one day,
I'll finally return to update
My Blog.

Life has changed tremendously
Since the last post.
For 1, prelims are finally over
YEAH!

And the results is rather atrocious.
Physics-B
Bio-C
Math-C
GP-D
Econs-S

I kind of regret taking Econs.
I've never been good at it since day 1
Of school. Why didn't I seize the PAE
As an opportunity to get rid of this
Fearsome, irritating stressful subject?
Grrr!

On a happier note, this exam was the
1st time I managed to obtain a D
For GP. I was quite used to getting E.
Praise GOD for his abundant Grace.
Essay ( Politics )-32
Compre-25.
Man, I got to keep up my good work with
My essay and seek improvement in my compre.
Aim to get lesser Grammer mistakes and I
Am darn sure my language marks will sky-rocket
:)

I managed to jump 1 grade for both Physics
And Biology after moderation added at least
5 marks to both papers.
As for Maths, my grades remained at C,
Despite the fact that I am in the top 30%.
Well, only 30% passed the paper.
On a happier note, my good buddy Wen Hua,
Who got 38 for maths managed to obtained an
E after severe moderation. I do hope and Pray
That he will do much much better for his As.
Hes been mugging real hard.
Hah.

Don't worry Wenny, God will reward you when
The time comes. :)
Hes get an ABCDE by the way.
Hah.
Congrats to him for making into the list of
Consistent top scorers in our cohort.

Congrats to PT, Deanna and Chin Hwa for making
It into the top 10% list for this prelims.
I'm sorry, I may sound jeolous, but I dare deny
It. I'm just pissed at myself doing Econs and
Messing it up big time.

Only God knows why I took it...
Yep and he has got great plans for me...
One day, perhaps those tools will come into handy
But I really need God's Grace to pass it during
My A Level.

This year's service award list was published on
Teacher's day service and celebration.
I caught a glimpse of it and noticed that my name
Wasn't on that list.
I'm still pissed and sour at the unfairness of it.
I've done so much Sai Kang for the CCA and I am
Not even recognised for that effort.
Well, relatively,
(Yes, evidence requires absolute proof but since
This award is Merit based, Relativity is a justifiable
Tool to show why I treat this award as a joke)
Indeed, back to where I was...
Well, relatively, I don't think people in the list
Do deserve the award. Frankly, what have those people
Done? Its sad that I've got juniors coming up to me
Expressing their shock that certain CCA members got
The award while I didn't.
(I told him to do a good job so that when he gets
The award next year, he won't have juniors complaining
That he doesn't deserve it)
Furthermore, there seemed to be a biasness towards
The people in the IT department of SMC.
Nobody in the Logistics department clinched any award
Whereas the It department clinced 3 out of the 4
Service awards granted to SMC.
I was told by one of the awardee that Mdm frequently
Made the team stay back and work extra hours.
And it was unfortunate that I replied him in this manner
'I frequently meet up with my team members outside CCA
Time to discuss with them about the Logistics planning
For upcoming events without any prompting by the Mdms'
Point proven, I had more initiative then the IT
Department.

I am very very very dissapointed but I know God has his
Reasons for me not getting the award. It took me quite
A while to swollow the fact that it was God's will and
I should just let it be. Besides, God is the ultimate
Judge and not humans. No point of me fussing over such
Trivial stuffs. So forgive me and pardon me for the
Long ratings above this pragraph.

Congrats to Wen Hua, Gloria, Merilyn, and many more
In my class for getting the service award.
Congrats to Deanna, Chin Hwa and Stephanie for
Getting onto the list of Principal's Honour's Roll.
May God Bless them as they take their upcoming A Levels
And my God's Blessing walk with them through their
Life after the graduate from College :)

My studies have been placed in serious jeopardy.
I'm currently attempting to complete
All the Math's textbook's Miscellaneous questions
And the Physics's TYS's questions.
I need to read up on my Econs notes and I need to
Polish up my grammer.
I also have to read my Bio and Physics notes and
I need to memorise Processes as well as definations.
Oh Heavenly Father,

Its now 6a.m on Wednesday.
I've decided to skip school.
My wallet has gone missing.
Only God knows where I've misplaced it.
I am skipping school today and will be
Cylcing around Bukit Batok's neighbourhoods.
1st stop, bus interchange. I've got t check
If they have my managed to retrieve my wallet.
2nd stop, the Neighbourhood police post,
That is if my wallet cannot be located.
I need to make a police report and get them
To make me a new IC as well as an EZ Link card
Before the 30th of Octobeter,
The official comencing date for my A Level examination
I do hope I can Seize this oppournity to put
Another photo on my IC,
Probably one with me in my ACJC uniform with the
ACS Tie.

And probably also make some changes to my

My dad is on his way to Britain for a company

I am quite Fed Up with
The maths Hw we are getting.
I can't do it at all.
And it kinda put my calculator
Into a cardiac arrest.
I had to reset the memory before
It returns to life.

On a higher note,
I think I've finally understood
The gist of Hypothesis testing.
Maybe Statistics isn't that hard at all.
Maybe... After all.
Hah!

I reached home at 7 last night.
By 8.30, I was in bed,
After showering and having my dinner.
I woke up at 6a.m.
And well, missed my quiet time.

Bio test today was disastorous.
It will be God's Grace if I can
Even pass.
Hah!

The SMC Ex-co for the year:
2006-2007 ( Yes, my batch )
Has been finalised.
And of course, like all things political
Voices of Dissent can be heard among the
Population. Its all in the name of:
Leadership.
And hence, people quarrel,
People fight, make noise.
Its all about themselves and not
About the CCA.
What is wrong with the people today?
And I would like to question about the
Word: Leadership
And its application to youths our age.
Is that a position or responsibility?
Is that for Glory or is that for your
Scholarship application?
All I know is this:
Lord God has created us. He is the Leader
And we are all leaders in each and our own
Way Lord God has prepared our path for.
I would also like to question about the
Recognition of someone with leadership
Ability and Leadership Position.
What do the tutors use the gauge if somebody
Is good enough. After all, we are humans,
We make mistakes. Shouldn't one be given
A Chance?
What about those people who has done alot
But are not given recognition?
What about those who has failed their duty?
And those who has put in tons of effort and
Still fail in the end?
What about people identified as Potential Leaders
But end up slacking?
Will normal humans' eyes be able to see
And aknowledge what others have contributed?
Will these people be rewarded accordingly?
Well, All I know is the absolute truth:
God knows what you have done.
For God knows even the hairs on your scalp.
I don't like to talk about Revelations,
But yes, God will pass the judgement accordingly.
Praise God!

Tuesday Stained Glass Masquerade

I didn't manage to do my
Conventional quiet time last night.
I merely read through the intepretation
Of the Lord's Prayer
(Please refer to the previous blog)
And I read through certain verses
Cassandra sent me.
Hebrews 10, 24-25
Ephesians 4, 11-16
Corinthians 12, 12-27

I started my day with a song
Stucked in my head.
I kept repeating the tune
Over and over again.
:)

I said the F word today.
It wasn't a passing remark
Or was it a joke.
It was hurtful, it was meant to be
Hurtful, I said it with all my anger,
Hatred and the utmost intention to
Harm.

I regretted it. Why did I say it?
Where was God when I said it?
Why didn't he stop me.

And now I realise,
God was there all along.
He was speaking, he was shouting.
But I didn't hear it,
I moved too quickly and carried out my
Actions.
I regretted because I did hear the
Holy Spirit calling out to me.
But I was 5 seconds too late.

If only I had slowed down to think,
To listen to the Words calling out to me
Rather then to just shoot this really
Negative word out of my mouth.
I miss you God.
I miss talking to you Lord God.

I wanted to pray last night.
I wanted to pray for some people.
I didn't.
I missed my QT.
I just read their blogs and
I realised that things have not been well
For them.

I was nearly late for school.
God helped made me on time.
I woke up so so so late.

It was council investiture today
And well, Thank You very much,
But you guys whoever is in-charge

Booklets on the right balcony.
Hah...

Oh well, its OK.

I enjoyed the sermon today.
Hmm...
No negative speech
For doing the opposite can lead to:
Negative Thoughts,
Negative Feelings,
Negative Actions,
Negative Habit,
And ultimately, makes us a negative
And well, really sinful person.

I would like to Thank God for

The 31st and now, the 32nd
Student council.

Sunday Annoyed

Its rather unpleasent to have

Its rather sad.

I had to leave Church at 10a.m
To meet my sister and my dad
For Harry Potter movie at Lido 1
Ciniplex O_O!
Well, I greatly appreciate it,
But the timing abit no good la.

And then, my mum has to pass some
Well, annoying remark.
Grrrr!

The fact that I can't complete
A single math question makes me
Even more annoyed.

Give me anger management
I think I need it.

Harry Potter was a rather
Action-packed film...
There was minimal dialogue
Throughout the film.
Its so annoying.
The plot moves too fast.
Nevertheless, it was a enjoyable
Show.
I like the witty conversations between
The characters.
Hah!
Oh well, I actually do have a favourite
Harry Potter character now.
Luna Lovegood.

I failed to do my quiet time last night.
I fell asleep halfway reading the papers.
I'm so annoyed with myself

I took part in the Nanyang Concept Test
Yesterday morning.
It was disastorous.
It was a natuarally though paper
And I should expect
A certificate of participation
In a month's or 2 time.

I went down to NUS and stoned abit.
Before touring the campus individually.
Highlight of the walk:
The Light synchornium,
IMRE, Temasek Life Science
And the Acoustic research lab
Along Kent Ridge road.
Hah!

School again tomorrow.
Councillor's investiture.

Friday the 13th

OK, I don't believe in it.
Haha.

Nothing happened anyway.
There was no CF today.
We had a CF outing instead.
We went to Settler's Cafe
At Holland Village for the outing
And we played Risk there.
The other group of people were
Playing another interesting game.
Hah.

Risk was fun.
I realised how Evil, scheming,
Cunning, manipulative people can be.
Well, actually, in the word of forming
Alliance.
We ended the game after 2 Hrs and
The person with the most torritory
Was the only gal among the 6 players,
Helsa. Charlotte was her team mate
Before she left.
Brilliant people.
And guess what, she was the only
Person who never had any pact nor joined
Any alliance, and she kinda won!
Wow!
Haha.
This incident is quite worth reflecting.
Haha.
How interesting.

We had dinner at Holland Village's
Air-coned food court before
Dillon's dad fetch me home.

I'm once again, blogging
At 4a.m.

It has been a rather quiet and
Peaceful night after I gave up my
Mum's Lappy for my sister to use.
I headed straight to bed and sleep.

The day was great, although I missed
The SMC handover for the Maths lecture.

I didn't do quiet time again last night.
How funny, after declaring to like 3 people
That I'll do it forever, I missed a day of it.
Nevertheless, I had a great Wednesday, Yeah,
I felt like I was surrounded by the Love of
Our Lord.
THank God.

Soccer: I do seriously hope that
Carlos Tevez will be a ManU player one day

Monday Cardio Scan

I visited Alexander Hospital
For a Cardio Echography.
And the result:
I'm fine, perfectly fine,
I have a rather healthy heart.
I won't faint and die halfway
Playing softball during P.E
Haha!

I had trouble keeping myself
Awake during Econs.
While Physics was a pure
Vertical Slump.
Forgive me tutors.

Hmm...
I can imagine what my testimony
Will read:

So much that he treats it like his
Second house. A place where he eats,
Study, Pray and of course, SLEEP! '
During lessons...
Hah.

The new J1 Ex-co for SMC was announced
This afternoon, 4.30 at 7.7.
I was abit late, and hence,
I missed the whole announcement.
I counted 25 J1s, what a perfect square!
HAha :)

Sunday Calling to Serve

Woke up at 7.50...
Bathed, took 970
And I reached Church around
8.40a.m.

I enjoyed today's worship,
Indeed, its back to basic:
2 guitar and 3 vocalist :)
Not to noisy, perfect for a
Fine Sunday morning!
Calm and Peaceful

Today's sermon was on serving
And yes, serving the Church,
Well, to narrow it down,
Serving the Youth Group,
AKA The One Community.
Well, I don't know.

Let me here, in my blog
Share with the reader my experiences
When I 1st entered the Church,
1 month ago in June and the 1st few
Times I joined the Youth Worship,
Only 3, infact.

I came from a Catholic school
And was greatly appaled by the
Situation in the school.
The public denouncing of the ACS
Schools were frequent.
While I had Catholic friends who
Ate mutton on the 5th day of the week,
Friday.

Come Sec 3, I had the opportunity to
Take the Music Elective Programme.
I chose MGS for certain reasons I shall not
Mention here. (Some of my classmates are
Currently freaked out)
And of course, because of the fact that
It is to be held on Friday and my house is
Very near the school. (Hence, my sister
Attends MGS :) )

I was really impressed by the 2 music
Tutors, Ms. Tsien and Mrs. Chan, indeed,
I was horrified to find out that they are
Government teachers, not exactly employed
By the school. But they were great examples.
I came to respect the Methodist schools alot.
I knew my sister had to go there
And I knew ACJC was where I should go

It was at that time, I made up my mind
If there was a Church I'll go to,
It will be CCMC.
I was in Sec 3,
Seen the Lord through a Catholic school
And my official religion then was:
Pagan Traditional Chinese rites and rituals.
Now, its still tradition and I see no
Wrong in going to a temple,
Its just a tradition of being a Chinese
By race and ancestory.

Adding on the 2 turbulent senior years in
SJi, I decided, CJC was not where I
Should go. (Half my class went there. I heard
Some of them regretted their decision)
SJI thought me 2 things.
Hatred and Politics.
I'm glad to say that, I've forgiven those
People whom I think were at fault with me.
And I've believed it was Lord God's plan
To put me there, to thoughen me up by
Trails. Thank God, Praise the Lord!

I was invited to attend 2 Churches,
Newton Life Church. I shan't speak
The full truth here for fear of
Offending anyone. The people there
Are wonderful and great and friendly.
But the environment just doesn't suit me.
Besides, I've not yet accepted Christ and
I have already made up my decision to
Go to the Methodist Church located in
My Neighbourhood: Upper Bukit Timah.

The 2nd Church that I went to was CCMC!
By then, I'm attending my 1st year at
ACJC :)!
I went there one morning after staying
Up the whole night to watch soccer.
After seeing my mum leaving house at 7,
I hatched a plan with Alloy and sneaked
Out of the house at 8 to attend the service.
It was Mother's Day service and we attneded the
Combined service in the main Audhitorium.
Alloy was singing on stage that day
While Deb was sitting with her parents.
I didn't know Cassandra yet.
And because of these various circumstances
I ended up sitting at the upper gallery with
An SJI boy (Of all people! He has moved on to
NJC now, via the IP programme)
I was shocked at being left upstairs, like some
Lost retard who knew nothing and no one
Was explaining... Well, not the kind of
Reception I expected, I thought Alloy will
Be sitting with me or something like this.
I said I'll Never Ever Go To Church Again.
A statement, I deeply regret.
But God forgives, and now,
I attend CCMC's Youth Service.

Soon, a Social Disease that attacks families
Infected my household.
After that incident, I decided to turn
Religious, beooming faithful idol worshipers.
And of course, nothing happened, nothing improved
I must admit, I actually did 3 wrong things:
1) Deny Christ,
2) Mock his followers, some of them
3) Religiously, sleep throughout Chapel every
Monday. (Religiously here means without fail)

The blow came last November, after drinking 1
Or 2 cans of Tiger, I came to a conclusion that
I'm heading straight into the path of self
Distruction...
I prayed to God to get me out of this mess.
The next day, I was fine.
My conclusion: THis God is Real!
This God answers Prayers!
This God is the God I'll follow.

I officially accepted Christ on the
8th of Febuary, Viewing Gallery
AFter 4.30p.m.
I joined the college's Christian Fellowship.
I would like to Thank God for placing these
J1s in my junior class. They were the ones
Who actually gave me a sense of belonging
In CF and helped me to fit into CF in some
Way or Another. I would like to Thank
God for these wonderful Brothers and Sisters.
Jeremy, Sharyl, Helsa, Shernice, Charlotte.

Soon, I realised that I need to go to a Church.
I wanted to hear the God's message through
The sermon.
I dropped by at the Church Office one day and
Met Rev. Pastor Wong. He talked to me
And later, I prayed. I went home and
Talked to my mum. And... Praise God!
She allowed me to go to Church.
Though she kept wondering why I had made
That decision. Till now, I havn't told her the
Drinking and Praying incident.
Hah.

I attneded the combined service, the
Traditinal Methodist Service and I sang Hymns.
Soon, I attended the 1st OC session
It's Service was a much more modern one.
And I realised that I actually prefered the
Traditional service!
I soon ended up in this dileama on which
Service I should attend.
I prayed, I thought about it, I seek opinions.
I decided to go for another week of OC.
This time, we managed to split up into the
Small group and I got to know the seniors of
OC and Uncle Joe.
I have to admit, the post service small group
Was the reason why I decided to stick with the
OC.
If not for the small group,
I'll probably just attend the main
Service. (I still prefer it and treaures
The 1st Sunday of every month)

I am a mere new comer and today, I heard the sermon
The sermon told us to step forward and serve to OC
To start a ministry if we want.
Uncle Joe told the seniors to help out the juniors
Of OC during the small group meeting.
I don't know.
Infact last week, during CF's handing over cermoney,
Cassandra told me to pray for the Church,
What is happening? Why? What can I do?
I'll just admit, I havn't pray about it la.
And now, after hearing today's sermon,
It was only a mere sense of guilt which
Overwhelmed me. I don't know.
I just don't feel the calling to do anything.

I think there is one calling.
A calling from God, spoken through people.
The 1st step, to Pray about it.
Yes Lord!
I'll let you know when I pray to you during
Quiet Time later.

I'll be missing Chapel tomorrow.
How sad.
I'll be going to Alexander Hospital
For a Cardio Echography,
A ultrasound scan of the heart.
The purporse of tomorrow's visit
Is to detect if I am still having
Heart Murmur.
It is for the Army.
It is for the Country.
It is for the place I call HOME.

Yes, I've been too tired
To update my blog for the
Last 2 days.
I missed my Quiet Time too.
I studied nothing either.

Thursday:
I went for the Men's fellowship's
Talk on Parenting.
Maybe I wsa just bored.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed it
And I enjoyed the Men Company.
Haha.

Friday:
I had to miss CF for the SMC
J1 Exco interviews.
Well, I must say that it went
Quite well, like what we have
Anticipated (: Smile!
Haha.
I shan't reveal anymore things.
:)!

I woke up around 7 this morning.
I left home for Econs taking 963.
Guess what? It started raining
Halfway and I reached school totally
Drenched, Totally man.

Had Maths lecture next and then
We took 111 down to Orchard for the
PSC Scholarship talk.
I'm glad that Singapore's Medical Sector
Has decided that its high time to
Get involved in engaging Specialists
We do have a Chance to compete with
Bangkok and Arizona.

Next, I went to Borders to buy
A Cartoon Guide To Statistics.
It was originally priced at
35.95 bucks.
But there was a 30 percent discount
If I buy the Straits Times.
In the end, it costs me only
25.95 bucks.
Haha!

Happy Independence Day!

Although I am not an American
Citizen, I do think it is perfectly
Alright to celebrate this wonderful
Day. I Should just ponned school.
But well, I didn't.
HAh.

Hmm... Quite though.
Fell asleep in both Maths and Bio.
I dranked a cup of coffee during break
Before I attended the last 2 lessons.
Physics Lecture and tutorial.
I must admit that I was fully awake by then.
Hai...

Maybe I should just start drinking a daily

Peer tutoring for Econs with Maryanne can
Re-start again.
Apperantly she has the Super Long Wednesday
Break before PCCG which happens to
Coincide with MY super Long Wed break.

I borrowed the H2 maths textbook to
Study the Horrible Topics of Stats.
I can't imagine H1 MAths student telling
Me How Easy Stats is.
It just totally irritating topics.

I came home after Theory.
I was so tired that I went to sleep
At 8p.m.
I just woke up. Its about 4 now.
I have to go to school myself later.
So I'm probably leaving
HOuse at like 6a.m.
Haha.

This spells disaster.

Copy today. But I still know no
Nuts in Normal distribuition.
I dislike statistic, to the core!

Tomorrow is the 4th of July,
United States Independence Day.
I hope I can celebrate it soon.

Monday Youth Day

A very happy Youth Day to

Lets all take a moment of silence
And think about our youth.
Think about what it is like
And how fast it will disappear.
In just 28 days time,
I will be allowed to do many things
Which I've cannot do now.
Oh well...

Time flies...
Soon, its A levels then army
Hah...

I went out to study today.
And I regret saying that
Really, hardly anything went
Into my brain.
Well, its youth day.

Today also marks the 10th anniversary
Of the Asian Financial Crisis.
The crisis that brought countries
To its knees.
Thailand and Indonesia changed governments
Brazil and Russia's economy collapsed
Singapore and Hk managed to survive though.
Hah.
But well, it coincided with the
Slam in property prices.
I remembered how I ended up shifting house
From a spacious Esecutive HDB to this Condo.
EVerything just went downhill from then on.
I strongly believe that this Condo unit I'm
Currently living in is practically
Worthless.
Hai...

I'm still dreaming.
Isit alright to dream now...?
There is still a tinge of hope.
Who knows?
Maybe inflation will be curbed
And recession sets in...
Just at the time when I leave army.
My dream of going overseas for 1st degree
Might be realised.

Sunday Sinner

Today, I am utterly convinced that
I am nothing but a sinner.
And God is above Almighty.
And let his will be done on earth
As it is in Heaven.

For if I've not honoured him,
God does not need to honour me.
And even if I've honoured him,
God does not have to honour me.
But God is Faithful, God says
He will honour me and he honours me.
But man isn't, man isn't faithful.
And I've failed to honour Lord God.

I've failed to follow the words of the Bible.
It says, do this, I didn't.
It says, don't do thins, I did.
And my conclusion:
Its impossible to be free of sin.
The only person who has died sinless is
Lord Jesus Christ.
We can only seek forgiveness and
Atonement for our sins.
Making sure that we do not do that again.

And hence, we should be grateful for Jesus
Has already died for us, he has died for
Our sins, shed blood for all our wrongdoings.
But, we all need God, we all need God's Love.
We all need to aknowledge God's presense
And the Holy Spirit will fill us and
Change us, Our speech, our actions, our thoughts.
So Lord God, Please Flood the Holy Spirit in the
Universe, for you so Loved us, you created us.

I am a sinner.
I am really good at sinning.
Thank God.

School
Li Zhen's Birthday

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Went for a Drink at Holland V's
NYDC followed by a 970 trip
Home.
I then started to do my GP.
210 fun facts and figures.
It was No Fun at all.
I couldn't finish it and I slept
At 3.30 missing my quiet time.

My sis woke me up at 6.30
The following morning.
I seriously couldn't pull myself
Out of bed. I decided to skip
School that day.
I finally woke up at 11a.m.
I went to the Polyclinic to get
Myself an MC and I went home to
Sleep.
I woke up again at 8.
Ate dinner, watched the HK dramas
And then I started work on my
GP 210 FF and F Holiday Work.
I missed my Quiet Time again.

I finished it at 5.30a.m and
I left home for school.
It is Melanie's Birthday.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

We had CF handover in the early evening.
Well,
God Bless the new Ex-Co!

I left CF at 6.00 to meet my sis
At MGS for LOVE MGS at 6.30.
It was wonderful prasing God.
I enjoyed the sermon.

Kinda like warning us not to fall

Black Chair, trying hard to reject God
But has already aknowledge God in life.

Instead, we should be sitting

I couldn't fall asleep last night.
It was all needles and needles and
Yeah, Needle Phobia.
I had a really stiring stomach last night.
I always have this when I feel
Nevous.
Yep, and hence, I couldn't fall asleep.

I woke up at 10p.m and made my way down
To Dover for lunch and to meet Wen Hua.
We then took 963 to Gillman Heights
And walked ALL THE WAY IN!
Through Depot road, past Li Zhen's house
And FURTHER down SOMEMORE!

Health Check, 1st station:

Blood drawing and Finger Pricking.
I SCREAMED SCREAMED SCREAMED!

I am now in PES D,

I am so afraid of tomorrow's
Blood drawing and needle piercing
Of the finger tips.
I don't want to go for the
Army Medical Checkup.
I just feel like puking when I think
Of needles.
I've got this needles phobia la.
Grrrr!
Trust it into the hands of the Lord
And everything will go smoothly.

1st day of school.
I enjoyed Chapel :)!
We sand a Hymn today.
It was really peacful.

I got back my GP essay.
I failed 24/50.
I should have gotten lesser marks.
I realised that I am not even
Ansering the question.
Ah!
How funny...

Econs wasn't that bad.
I could understand what went on.
While Physics was amazing
Except for the fact that I was
By then, already half-asleep
On the comfortable LT 5 seat.

I didn't enjoy today's weather.
It was so Hot.
My dad couldn't fetch me to school,
So I had to take the MRT.
But I was completely drenched in my
Own sweat. It is the same story
For my clothes, it was soaked though.

I'm glad it rained i the late afternoon.
I can't imagine how bad the weather
Can get.

Had lunch at Bukit Panjang's Kopitiam
And my dad was brilliant enough to leave
The Kopi-card in the Car.
Oh my mama! This is so funny!
Hmm... The Kopi card is a cash card which
Is used in Kopitiam foodcourt...
All Hail Cashless Dining!

Went for a Lim Chu Kang Farm Tour
Dad drove us into Lim Chu Kang to
Visit the farms.
2 actually...
Firstly, an agriculture farm.
Saw some Japanese Kai Lan,
Snake Gourd, or She Gua in Chinese.
And last but not least,
Aloe Veras!

Second stop:
Qian Hu Fish Farm
Hmm...
I saw some fishes, more fishes
And still fishes...
Fighting fish, Golden coloured fishes
Luo Han, and Lobsters.
And a Spa treatment centre which
Uses fishes to feed on the dead skin
On the feet.
This is so cool.
I've not tried it, but I wonder if
It is itchy.
Haha!

We then headed to Lim Chu Kang
Road end and visited the jetty.
The wind there is so strong!
I really enjoyed it!
Woah!
I saw the new Police Coast Guard
Complex there too.
It looked really grand!
Haha.

Finally, the last stop:
Karanji Beach Front.
Well, we just sat around,
Looked at the sea,
Played with the swing and
The See-saw

We headed back to Bukit Panjang
Plaza to shop for groceries.
And then finally, we went home.

I'm suddenly reminded of this song:

How God has created all these wonderful
Things in life.

Oh well, but I must admit it is
Very hard to be Thankful for the
Hot Sun.
The Lord has plans to give us a better future.

I havn't been to the doctor
For quite some time I think.

And I've stopped going to the
Clinic preferring the Poly-clinic
A.K.A Government susidised clinics.
Hah

I went to East Coast Park today,
In my jeans and T-shirt.
I was there to sit in the Mcs to
Read my Newspaper while my
Dad and sis were there to cycle.
Before I realised it,
I was in the Bicycle rental shop
Looking for a Bike.

My Dad and Sis suceeded in kinda
Psychoing me into Cycling.
Man, it Rhymes.

And we cycled from Area C to Area H
Of East Coast.
I like Area H.
It is quiet and peaceful,
Not too much people
I like the cool sea breeze there.
And the Coniferous vegetation.
:)!

Hmm...
Over all reflection of the cycling trip.
HOT HOT HOT!
What kinda weather is this?
Singapore can seriously make do with this
HOT until cannot HOT weather?!
Hmm...

Great Sea Salt Breeze blowing at me

Friday Sleep In!

I've decided to leave these
Last few days of my Holiday
Free of Hws and Studies.

I spent the whole night at
My cousin Nicole's house before
Heading down to the airport to
See off Uncle Eng Zhong and
Auntie Kelly :)!
I gave them a letter each and
Both the ACS and MGS batch.
Great sentimental Value I guess.
Haha
I just wore that batch yesterday morning
And I will not have a batch on Monday
Haha!

I reached home at 7a.m
And immediately collapsed onto the
Bed and ended up sleeping till
3p.m. Hah!

Plans to visit the Pastor in Church
Today is instantaneously discarded
And I went straight down to
Jurong East's Swimming complex with
My Dad and Sister.
They went to swim while I read my

I enjoyed the concert very much.
And so, I thank my sister for inviting
Me there. And I paid a whopping 5 bucks.

I am currently at my
Cousin's house.
I am updating my blog from
Her house.

Prior to this, I was battling
With her neighbours for control
Over the internet traffic.
I believe they have kinda tapped
Into her wireless network
And hence, have let to a decrease
In traffic into the Main Computer
And her computer.
Oh well...

Econs mock exam was a mini-disaster.
I fell asleep halfway... Heehee
I wasn't in the mood anyway.

Had Theory at 8a.m.
Finally cut my hair after don't know
How many months.
Hmm... And I've collected my Jeans
And I am wearing it now.

I am at my aunt's house because
She will be fetching me and my sis
To the airport later at 3.40a.m.
We will be there to bid farewell
To Uncle Eng Zhong and Auntie Kelly

They are returning to Floriday,
United States after a 3 week visit
To Singapore to meet up with us.

I will miss them.

Tuesday Maths

Hmm...
I've been dwelling in the
Comfort of Maths for the
Past few days.

Ok, But well, God gives the
Most comfort.
:)!

Maybe, I don't know.
Perhaps the Focus wasn't right.
And then...
I left my tons of Maths note on
The Bus today.
Muahaha!
Praise God for that!
I don't have to look at those notes
For the next two days.

I borrowed from Wen Hua his notes to
Photocopy and I will be returning it
To him on Sunday after we attend Church.

I had Maths tutorial today.
We did a few questions and I must say
That I do not really enjoy Maths at all.
Since when I was 12 years old, P6.
I've realised that in order to excell
In Maths, one has to do tons of practices
And assesments, and being me, I must
Admit that I am too lazy to do that.
Hah!
I had to do loads of Assesments and Exercises
When I was in P6 to prepare myself for the
PSLE examinations.
I disliked Maths from then on.

I realised that in order to do Engineering in
The University, one has to take H2 Maths in
JC. I however, do believe that the most important
Topics in Maths for me are Calculus, Vectors and
Maybe Trigo.
Hmm...
It is sad to note that Trigo has been taken
Out of the syallabus and I do not enjoy doing
It at all.
I also think it is redundant for me to be doing
Statistics,
Which is currently giving me a very bad headache.

Enough said.
I seriously have no idea how one can appreciate
Mathematics. Route learning is one thing.
Do have the passion is another story.
I can't imagine anyone wondering who the
Famous Mathematicians are.
Maybe they do that in Liberal Arts College.

Hmm...
Its so unlike Music and Physics.
Where I will actually surf the net
To find out more about it.
To read about famous composers and Physicians.
To listen to great music and to
Learn about the new research findings.

Oh well...
I would like to Thank God for Prayers do get
Answered.
My sister is now eligible to go for

I didn't sleep well last night.
Slept for hmm... I guess
For only 2 Hrs, 5.30-7.30.
I managed to climb out of bed.
Hah! Priase God!
For without God, I'll probably have

2p.m! Especially in this cool weather.

For once, the 1st thing I thought of
When I woke up is GOD!

I reached Church at 8.35a.m.

OC stands for One Community, Youth Group
Of CCMC.
I didn't know weather I should go for OC
Or to stay at the main Audhi for the adult
Service, so I asked a Mdm and she told me
To go for OC. Hah!
I headed straight for the lift lobby and

Anyway, we then went down to KAP
And I read through my maths note and did

On the table at KAP.

Finally, I went to my Aunt's house for dinner.

It was a Father's Day Celebration Dinner.
And yep,
Uncle Eng Zhong and his wife, Auntie Kelly were
THere for dinner too!
They had just returned from the States to visit us.
And I'm happy to note that
Uncle Eng Zhong was from ACSI and
Auntie Kelly was from MGS :)!
Haha!
I thought my sis and I were the
Only ones from Methodist instituitions,
Considering the fact that my cousins went to
NYGH and Nan Hua Sec.
Haha!

I climbed out of bed
At 3a.m to watch the

And I must say that
Zarazago has played very well

I had my 1st Exam paper today.
The H3 NTU Contemporary Physics
Paper.
It wasn't like that bad.
But it was no good.

I kinda felt that it was OK.

My 101% effort to mug.

Thursday Awake

WEll well well...
Slept at 6.30 last night
And woke up at 12 today.

My H3 exam is tomorrow.
But I have not touched my
Work at all.
Both today and yesterday.

CF camp was great :)!

Hmm...
Monday...
Met Jeremy at Dover for
Breakfast Haha.
Mi Fen Mian...
Before buying stuffs with him
And going to school to meet
The other campers :)!
Praise and worship in the morning
Followed by mugging in the aft.
We had Extended Worship at night
Before persecution camp which was like
Quite fun and not bad.
:)

Sleep....

Tuesday
Woke up at 6.30 before going over
To join SMC camp.
Thank God, no screaming at any SMC people
Today.
Left for Worship then I returned again
To look after 7.7.
I went back to the Sports Complex to
Have my lunch and to go to the Easter Stations.
One station that hit me alot is the Denial station.
Peter Denied Jeses 3 times but accepted
Jesus 3 times.
I denied God, Mocked God, Accepted God only once.
But God still accepted me, forgive me and
Love Me.
Praise the Lord.
War games afterwods but didn't go as we planned
It to be...
Oh well, but it was God's plan.
:)

Hmm... so anyway,
We had Tao pok through the night
And the next morning too!
Tied David and Gareth up.
Praise and Worship afterwards.
Haha!

Thank God!
I almost couldn't make it for the camp

A Walk With God
Footsteps to remember
Thematic CF,
Be Thankful, Always to GOD!
Took place today after school,
1p.m to 4.30p.m.

Yeah, seriously
Thank God for bringing me through
This 10 weeks for tough pushing.
Praise the Lord.

I'm glad everyone had fun.
Worship was enriching while
The speaker, Ben, was pure
Brilliant.
Most importantly, everyone knew
God was with them through this term
And we all Thank God for helping us
Pass through it all.
For God Loves Us All!

Its been troubling me:
Problems with my SMC members.
I think they are pushing their luck
Too far by requesting that the
Logg comm obtain the itmes they need
At the very last minute.

How Ironic, I always get it for them
As a favour, a Good deed.
But they went overboard, believing I'll
Get everything for them at the last minute,
The decided to do everything at the last minute
Thinking that I'll happily buy the stuffs for them.

But this time, I refused, 100% refused to help them.
I am taking this opportunity to train my
Logistics committee and I will
Teach them how not to be bullied in future
When they take over.
And hence, I ended up in alot of
Confrontations.

Oh God, what sort of Christian am I?
What kind of testimonial am I showing to others?

Am I doing the right thing?
Attempting to make a change in the CCA?
By being courageous?

Oh well,
A simple reflection made me wonder
How did these people ended up in the
Exco
And what were they thoguht during their
CCAP camp.

And then I reflect upon myself:
Servent leadership.
Am I activly carrying it out?
Or am I a dictator?

Lord God, please bless SMC
And its up coming event,
The Science is Fun camp.
Lord God, pleaes flood the
Holy Spirit into SMC.

I had a very very tired today,
After staying up the whole
Night to watch the Champion's League
Finals.

Post Motem:
AC Milan, the team I supported
Played badly and they won.
Liverpool, not bad a team,
But they played rather poorly,
Considering how many chances they
Have squandered to take the lead.

I like the 2nd Milan Goal.
Inzhagi was wondering in an
Offside position before he
Re-appeared infront of the last man
Took hte ball from Kaka and slotted
It home under Reina's body.

Wednesday Short Day

I had a short day today.
It ended when my Phyiscs tutorial
Ended.

We were supposed to do
Quantum Physics today.
However, Mdm didn't even go through
Anything with regards to it at all.

I'll be getting back my Physics test
Paper tomorrow while Bio test will
Be returned to us on Friday.

How exciting.
I can't believe how I actually
Missed the last two days of the
Aldersgate Convention's evening talk
Grrr!
Yesterday I went for Kronos, the String concert
While today, I went for my piano
Theory lesson. Agh!

There is Worship tomorrow.
I'm currently looking for someone
To go with me.

Hmm...
This is how I think the universe

Well, our universe was a Blackhole
Of another Galaxy.
God creater of everything, placed a
Certain amount of Fuel into this
Blackhole allowing its outward
Expansion to be sustained, countering
The constant gravatitional force.
And hence, our universe is borned
And its expanding cos God put in
The right amount of fuel into this Blackhole.
Hmm...

Well, if my theory is correct,
Then if Mankind understands the working of
A Blackhole, we might one day be able to
Play God!
This is so so so so wrong!
Well, the day ManKind is able to travel
Around the world...

Strings performance today.
I really enjoyed it,
Especially the
Mozart Concerto and the
Simple Symphony.

When the whole concert ended,
I was left wondering why
They had failed to obtain the
Gold With Honours this year.

They played really really well!

I'm actually quite tired now.

I Thank God for helping me through
This tough time.

Disaster.

Unable to even keep myself awake.
Grrr!

I attended the talk about
Stephan Hawking and the Creation
Of the Universe!
It was interseting!
Really.

I was unable to get any CF J2 member
To go for the talk with me.
However, THank God,
I met Dillon and Sharyl there!

Hmm...
Reflections of the talk.
God Created the Universe
Long long time ago.
But we do not need to know exactly
When the day the universe came about.
We only need to know that
God is Real and he Loves us.
He is the Word!

Lunch. The new foodcourt's

Tasty vegetable.

Economics test.
I seriously am unable to
Understand the reasons for me
Taking this dreaded subject,
Economics.
I believe in Communism,
Or at lesat, Socialism
As the best and fairest,
Most democratic form of
Government.
Reading Economics note
Merely makes me shake my head.

Income inequality,
Market Failures,
Recession,
Inflation
OH God!

Next up,
I read through the latest
Biology notes on Eukaryotic Genome.
I realised that it was quite structured
And rather sequential in its format
Oh well...
I believe the nature of this topic
Being quite tough is the reason why
I am unable to handle it well.

I read the Semiconductor notes too.
I'm glad to say I've finally understood
The workings of a diode.
It will be about transistors soon.

I'll read through the Biophysics
Lecture notes tomorrow,
During my free periods.

I still do not know when is
My H3 examination though.

I'll be staying up the whole
Night to watch the Real Madrid
And Barcelona match.
I do hope Atelico Madrid will
Win Barcelona.
I need to go to school tomorrow
By myself as my sis has fallen ill

I'm burnt out, or indeed,
Roasted.

Woke up at the wee hours,
9.45p.m to head down
To college for the
Science is Fun breifing.
I had quite a good sleep
Actually, while the others
Are slogging out at the
Botanical Gardens.
Hah!
Poor dudes,
The sun is rather bright too.

I then went down to MGS
For the annual MEP concert.
I'm glad that Micheal and Jared
Have both made an effort to come
Over to MG to watch the concert.
Ms. Tsien and Mrs. Chan looked
Rather suprise to see us there.

I finally reached home,
11.30p.m I guess to watch the
Sad defeat of MsnU by Chelsea
In the FA cup finaly.
I never expected that to happen.
It was just an error or rather
A lapse of concentration or
Perhpas, a certain distraction
By Rio Ferdinand and the ball
Had to fly into the net.
Its just unluckiness.

Passion AC has just
Concluded and I would
Like to Thank God for
Whatever God has prepared
Us for, today, just now.

I enjoyed Li Zhen's testimonial.
Its really really super super
Touching.
I cried, actually
I did.
I was very touching and
I salute her for her bravery.

I would like to rant about
This tutor who was annoyed
With me for wanting to pull
Out from the PSC Scholar's talk
And also the Psychomatric tests.

I told her that I wasn't interested
Getting a PSC scholarship.
Actually, I know I'm neither hardworking
Enough or Brilliant enough to get it.
I told her I was not interested and would
Like to pull out from the talk.
And soon, she started to ask me if I would
Be inerested in other jobs,
Such as EDB and many other wierd acronyms.
I asked her if these are banks,
And she said NO!
Hah!
Of course the ans is No, for I am
Obviously wrong.

This shows how ignorant I can be.
However, as I am not interested in working
At those places, I neither checked nor read
About. I do not know anything.
I'm sure there are topics which I can
Relate to and spend a large amount
Of time talking about.

I finished talking by apologising
To her.
She told that that she is annoyed
For my actions have deprived another
Student of the chance to go for the
Psychomatric test.
Wow!
I'm glad she wasn't angry at me.
I think I was quite polite though.

Lastly, I would like to find out
The Citeria for pulpils to be
Selected for the psychomatric
Test. I believe there are other people,
Much more, at least in my class,
More worthy then me to go for the
PSC Scholarship.

Tutor-in-charge for SMC.
It is not the 1st time
I was made to do something
At the Eleventh Hour.
He just doesn't realise that
I'm really getting Fedup about
These situations, or rather
Mudpit he puts me into.

This time, he really pulled
The triggle by requesting me
To get a whole list, 3 pages infact,
Of items by this Saturday
5 days to get these pile of stuffs
What nonsense!

To top it all, I have got the
Science fair, which will take
Place this Thursday to prepare!
Guess what? I was only informed
About the Science fair last Friday.
I am really really CROSS with the
Treatment I get from these bunch of
Useless executive Comitte of the
Science and Mathematics Council!

How many a times have I wanted to
Quit SMC!!!
I should have done it long ago!
But I know I can't!
I highly doubt any of those people
In there are capable of handling
Logistics!
I'm serious, and I dare say
I felt really humble when I
Wrote that sentence up there!

Oh well...
I found out that the student

Like the tutor.

This is due to the sudden
Breakdown of my internet connection.

God Of Course!
I was really troubled
By the immense pile of work
Crushing upon me.
3 tests next week.
Followed by Science fair,
On Thurs.
I have to rush out the
Work for thematic CF too.
Man!
I think I'm overloaded.
Well,
I thought.

Sermon today was on
Romans 12, 1-3.
Long long sermon.
Kinda forgot most of it.
But I decided to summarise
Everything into 3 words:
Do Everything For
GOD!

I was relieved.
I realised I was studying for
God, taking the test for
God.
Science Fair is for who else,
But God.
And since its for God,
We'd all better do it well
The 1st time we embark on the
Project, regardless of its
Severity.
We should give in our best shot
For what we're ding is for God.
If we fail, its in his plans anyway.
But remember, God's ultimate
Plan is to prosper us and not to
Harm us.
:)!

We had our last H3 tutorial yesterday.
Conducted in a rather warm NJC classroom.
We did some more transistors.
So I guess, its not that bad
After all.
I think I understand the
Hole and Electron concept.
Oh well, remember,
We are studying for God.

Thursday Sleep...

I was 'sick'
I finished my work at
4a.m in the middle of the morning.
I was very tired.

I overslept.
When I woke up,
The sun was shining brightly
Up in the sky.
It was 10.00a.m.
I have a blocked nose
And mild running nose.
I thus decided to make
A trip down to the Polyclinic
To visit the doctor,
At the meantime,
To obtain an excuse chit for
The mornng.
Thats killing 2 birds with 1 stone!

I know I shouldn't have done that.
It was as good as skipping school.
However, how do you expect
A person who have barely slept for
2hrs to run 2.4 the next morning?
Well, I'll trade that in for some
Additional Hrs of good sleep.
The flesh is weak.

Well, the doctor
Did give me an MC,
A half-day MC.
I dutifully followed the instruction
And went back to college,
Just in time for GP.

Well, these are the Homeworks
I was doing last night:

Some Econs Worksheet.
I could have done the 1st
2 assignments weeks ago
And save the trouble of staying
Up late last night.
I didn't.
I should have.
As for the Econs worksheet,
I did a terribly shoddy piece of work.
I was even toying with the idea of
Skipping the afternoon Econs Xtra lesson.
I didn't of course, using the
Last 15 minutes to rush out a more
Acceptable piece of work.
Times up!
I found myself in class.
Mdm Rahimah, for the 1st time,
Was late for 20 minutes.
Bleh...
And guess what???

The assignment was not gone
Through in class at all!
Neither during the morning period
Nor during the afternoon one.
I suspect that its a Hoax,
A prank SMS sent by some

To think I panicked over it

I had a bad time helping out
At the current affairs quiz.
I was rather hungry and have
Decided to take a lunch.
Well, I had the courtesy of
Asking the tutor for permission.
At least I did not vanish instantly.

She said No
' I need you around to ensure
That everything is working '
Well, and I went on about
Having to rush at the end of
The quiz, considering the fact that
I need to pack up the buzzers too.
She looked quite pissed
And I told her to chill.
Her reply
' I don't like your attitude. '

Now, define this sentence.
Was she referring to me
Wanting to leave the hall for the
Canteen
Or was she talking about me
Telling her to chill?

Hmm...
If its the former,
I would like to state the fact
That my job scope is only to set
Up the buzzer system!
Any additional helpout by me is not
Mandatory and I have the right
Not to do so.
Oh well...
She wanted me to stay back to take part
In her last round of mock run, as a
' Participant '
This is bad... considering
How Jared tried his best to show her
That the Buzzers are running and we do
Not need another round of mock run
To ensure that the Buzzers are working!
I'm glad Ms. Sangeetha managed to limit
The mock run to 4 questions,
Pressing each of the 4 buzzers for
The question.
This is brilliant :)!

As for the latter,
I still do not think that I was being
Rude to tell her to chill.
She looked so angry...
Well, maybe its better off for her
To flare up :)!
I don't know why does she look so
Pissed when I merely asked her to
Let me off for lunch.
Remember, I am not on a blue slip
But rather sacrifising my break!
Furthermore, the buzzers are up and
Working. My job is done! Finished!
She treated me as if I am her slave

Instructions she insists.
Goodness gracious!

I have totally no more respect for her.

Shows that I do see her as someone with
